Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greenville, SC. The Administrative Assistant to the Senior Partner is an entry position with opportunity for advancement. Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining files. Additional duties include preparing reports and providing administrative support for various projects. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in a financial or professional services environment is a plus
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
