As a vital member of our team, our office assistant is responsible for ensuring that our agency is organized and running efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Processes and oversees all payroll functions for assigned agency.
- Assume the responsibility of and accountability for the job duties of a Payroll Representative.
- Coordinates all manual changes with payroll resources and advises Executive Director of all discrepancies or manual changes via end of payroll reports.
- Promotes and lives the organization's core values and acts as a cultural champion.
- Assigns invoice account distributions in accordance with the chart of accounts.
- Alerts appropriate management team members regarding late or missing documents required for accounts payable.
- Processes and prints accounts payable and submits them to the Executive Director for review and approval.
- Assists in the preparation accounts payable reports.
- Maintains complete accounts payable records.
Job Requirements(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) - Strong written and oral communication skills in person and over the phone.
