Job Description Position Overview: As the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for our clients, vendors, and team. You'll manage front-desk responsibilities, provide administrative support to various departments, and help keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
- Support project teams and management with document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements as needed
- Help organize company events and meetings
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the front office
Qualifications: - 2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in a construction or related industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
