    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization. Answer multiple phone lines, enter data into
    Excel spreadsheets. File, copy and make bank deposits.

    Essential Functions Statements

    • Operate company vehicles.

    • Perform clerical duties including typing, filing and completion of simple forms.

    • Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers,
    and other standard office equipment.

    • Serve as the receptionist for the office, greet visitors and applicants.

    • Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals and prepare messages.

    • Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.

    • Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.

    • Enter information using Excel spreadsheets.

    • Maintain filing system both manually and electronically.

    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    EXPERIENCE
    Previous office experience preferred.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites or related software.

    EDUCATION
    High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

    WORK ENVIRONMENT Typical busy office environment.
