Administrative Assistant Internship - Near Hudson, OH Temp-to-Hire Flexible Schedule

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership
  • Manage scheduling, filing, and document preparation
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond to basic inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as needed
  • Support data entry and light reporting tasks
  • Help coordinate meetings and internal communications
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Availability to work onsite near Hudson, OH with a flexible part-time schedule
