The Finance Administrative team is looking for an Administrative Associate IV to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self- motivated, organized, and structured administrative professional to work with a fast-paced department, in a collaborative and supportive team environment. This role reports to an administrative manager and supports the Finance Operations Director and Sector Controller.

This role is part of the Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit which delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do:
Provide onsite administrative support to our Finance Operations Director and Sector Controller and their respective teams, with a possibility of additional responsibility depending on candidate.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and make conference room reservations, all within Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Maintain calendars and provide support at meetings for designated team members.
Greet vendors and customers, and coordinate security access for visitors.
Collaborate and contribute on teams and projects.
Support the facilitation needs of training sessions.
Prepare statistical reports, gather, and interpret data, and maintain databases following department processes.
Create written documents, communications, and presentation materials for meetings and presentations.
Assist in the coordination of milestone celebrations, all-hands meetings, and networking events.
Facilitate the adoption of collaboration tools.
Coordinate office supplies, office moves, new hire onboarding and termination closeouts.
Troubleshoot and report IT issues and report facility needs for the assigned work area.
Coordinate travel, expense reports and catering.
Coordinate payment of invoices and other expenditures.
Assist on projects in various functional/program areas as assigned.
Work with sensitive and confidential information and situations, requiring the employee to handle situations appropriately, and maintain proper confidentiality.
Provide training and mentorship to junior-level employees.
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent plus 3 years or more related experience.
Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
Professional demeanor and work habits.
Independence and initiative - by working with some degree of independence in terms of scheduling, job duties, and taking initiative when seeing things that need to be done.
Demonstrated application of judgment within standard operating guidelines. Use knowledge of company policies and department needs to determine the best course of action.
Good communication skills by responding to routine and non-routine inquiries.

Aerospace experience.
MS Suite.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54220 - $86752
