Position Summary: WCAC has contracts with the Department of Energy (DOE) and the major local utility companies to install energy conservation measures in eligible homes. The Energy Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the Energy team and contractors. Some of the key responsibilities will be maintaining accurate up to date contractor records including contracts, insurances, licensing and certifications. The Administrative Assistant is also needed to organize job data and will be responsible for accurately logging in the important final information needed to close out jobs for payment and funders' tracking. They will also work closely to provide support and backup to a small group of administrative staff within our Energy Department.

- Associate's degree or High School Diploma with prior administrative experience. Combination of experience and education equivalent to two years of related experience will be considered.
- Strong technology skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly master proprietary software programs.
- Ability to create, edit and share professional documents and correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically with emails.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully work in a team of dedicated professionals.
- General knowledge of Energy Efficiency and terminology.
- Ability to speak a second language a plus.
Other Requirements: - Ability to successfully complete a National Grid's background check process, including drug screen.
