American Workforce Group has partnered with a large paper manufacturing company in the Woodland Washington area looking for an administrative assistant .

Description of Administrative assistant

- Maintain Accounts Payable and receivable, reconcile bill of lading, enter invoices, process payments and file.

- Communicate open orders, bill status, ship delays and issues with affected parties.

- Research and respond to billing errors or questions promptly, Create and maintain reports on a range of business metrics.

Details of Administrative assistant

- $ 18 to $23 DOE

- Monday - Friday

- Temp to hire

Requirements and Qualifications of Administrative assistant

- Degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred.

- 2-5 years of work experience in an manufacturing industry preferred.

- Experience in use of ERP systems, Excel, and other relevant analytics tools a plus must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements of Administrative assistant

- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.

- Ablitlity to pass pre-employment drug screen.

- Some background restrictions may apply.
