We are looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to start immediately. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, works well under pressure and is detailed oriented. The full-time, long-term position involves the ability to multitask and think quickly.

Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Administrative Assistant performs general clerical and administrative duties to assure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Types letters, memoranda, and other general office correspondence.
  • Maintains office files. Opens, sorts, and distributes mail. Makes bank deposits.
  • Answers office phones and also takes messages off answering machine and relays to appropriate person.
  • Orders all necessary forms and keeps office supplies well stocked.
  • Performs all duties for bulk mailing. Prints labels, adds postage, etc.
Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • 2 or more years of administrative experience required.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office and strong communication skills
