Takes accurate messages.
Screens and direct telephone calls for management in a professional manner.
Keeping track of leads and complaints. Following up to make sure calls have been returned.
Composes and prepares correspondence, office memos, and reports on computer and maintains confidentiality when required.
Gives documents to Office Manager for proofreading.
Printing brochures and stuffing sales folders and keeping multiple in stock at all times.
Maintains electronic and paper files in an organized and accessible manner to including updating information, purging (shredding) files, on a regular basis.
Provides administrative support for special projects to include research, compiling data, and preparation of summary reports based on results.
Operates standard office equipment efficiently.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree preferred.
Reliable transportation.
Minimum three years' administrative experience.
Experience with financial systems and CRM software preferred.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. THIS IS A MUST.
Knowledge of the telecommunications and/or video surveillance industry preferred. Oral and written communication skills, management skills, time management skills, excellent telephone etiquette and customer service, professionalism, diplomacy, time management skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
