- Schedule interviews like a pro, connecting talent with opportunity seamlessly.
- Report daily performance numbers to our Corporate Director, keeping everyone in the loop.
- Take part in high-energy daily huddles to align on goals and strategies.
- Help match great people with great jobs by digging into open orders.
- Navigate our Applicant Tracking System like a boss to support smooth hiring processes.
- Guide new hires through every step-from paperwork to I-9s-ensuring compliance and a great first impression.
- Partner with Recruiting Specialists to ensure candidates are ready to succeed.
- Keep records sharp, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Update essential lists and applicant flow sheets with precision.
- Collect and verify associate hours for payroll and communicate effectively with the payroll team.
- Document any payroll concerns clearly and efficiently for fast resolution.
- Juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat-your time management is elite.
- Support Recruiting Specialists and the Director of Operations to ensure daily operations run like clockwork.
- Keep your inbox and workspace as organized as your workflow.
- Manage supply needs with an eye for detail and efficiency.
- Monitor and refresh job ads across Indeed, job boards, and social media to attract top talent.
- Be the eyes and ears for sales opportunities-spot a lead and pass it to the Director of Business Development.
Requirements
- High school education
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
- Able to prioritize and plan/organize time in a structured environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player with ability to work independently and take charge.
- 1 year past administrative experience
- Effective communication (both verbal and written)
- Ability to answer multi-line phones.
- Possess professional phone etiquette.
