Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating project meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports
- Maintain project files and documentation
- Communicate with team members and contractors to facilitate project progress
- Follow up on purchase orders with vendors and freight carriers
- Handle office tasks such as filing, emailing, typing, and data entry
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience (preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
