Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Office Manager located in Wayne, PA. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, client bookkeeping and performing clerical tasks. The role also includes supporting executives with their administrative needs and ensuring smooth office operations. Generous benefit package included.

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • QuickBooks and Bookkeeping skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
