Description

Office Hours 9am - 6pm M-F.

As our administrative assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Waterville Office, customer/client service oriented . You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties

- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
