Administrative Assistant for a
Contract job with a client in
Washington, DC . The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment activities, scheduling, and onboarding, requiring strong communication skills and preferably some recruiting or HR experience
Rate Range: $20/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include: - Coordinating recruitment activities and events
- Managing calendars and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with onboarding new hires
- Maintaining recruiting records and files
- Supporting the DC Attorney Recruiting Manager with various administrative tasks
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional recruiting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of the attorney recruiting process
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, LawCruit)
