Job Responsibilities:
- Screen, test, and interview applicants.
- Provide orientation for new employees by supplying informational packets, reviewing company policies, collecting withholding and payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining necessary signatures on documents.
- Maintain accurate human resources records for employees.
- Document and track human resources activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Achieve the objectives of the human resources department and the organization by fulfilling related tasks as required.
- Perform electronic filing.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients and caregivers via telephone.
- Schedule client visits.
- Ensure that services rendered surpass client expectations.
- Conduct data entry, filing, and various clerical duties as needed.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive demeanor.
- Competence in word processing.
- Skills in spreadsheet preparation and tracking.
- Presentation capabilities.
- Administrative writing and reporting proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or Associate's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience in administrative support.
- Familiarity with human resources practices.
