ATLAS Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in supporting the Office of the Chief Development Officer (OCDO) at the Development Finance Corporation (DFC). As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in facilitating the DFC's mission of advancing international development goals. Your work will directly support the planning and execution of projects that promote economic growth and stability worldwide, ensuring that the OCDO runs smoothly and efficiently. About You
  • You excel in providing comprehensive administrative support and are skilled in managing both routine and complex tasks.
  • You are proficient in scheduling, planning, and organizing meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • You have strong experience in database management, financial operations, and office processes, enabling you to support the OCDO's goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative and Financial Management: Assist the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and OCDO staff with day-to-day administrative and financial operations, including scheduling programs, planning meetings, managing events, and handling security protocols for onboarding and offboarding staff.
  • Meeting and Travel Coordination: Manage the CDO's calendar, organize travel plans, prepare necessary travel documents, and ensure smooth communication with external parties. Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, assemble background materials, and follow up on action items.
  • Database and Records Management: Support the maintenance and organization of databases, shared drives, and the OCDO webpage. Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for staff and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications

Required:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to commute to Washington D.C.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in administrative roles
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Expertise in management procedures, Excel, data analytics, and strong written and oral communication skills.
