• W2 Contract, 6 Months (Likely Extension / Possible Permanent Conversion)
• This position is 100% onsite in Warminster, PA for initial training, then potential for a hybrid schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office). Standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM).

We are seeking an Entry-Level Project Management Assistant to join a dynamic team within a leading utility company's residential construction division. In this role, you will provide critical back-office support to Project Managers, helping coordinate project activities, manage schedules, track progress, and ensure smooth administrative operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and potentially grow within the project management field. Responsibilities include:
• Assist Project Managers with various back-office and administrative tasks.
• Maintain project schedules by interacting with internal teams and vendors.
• Update project trackers, ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare, print, and manage project-related packages and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and learn proprietary company systems for project coordination.
• Assist with tracking materials delivered to construction sites.
• Support invoicing processes related to builders/contractors.
• Attend weekly meetings with Project Managers to ensure tracking systems are current.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or assistant capacity.
• Proven high level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (email proficiency essential).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing spreadsheets and trackers.
• A flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to handle diverse administrative duties.
