Summary:
Under general supervision, provides general administrative support to both our Commercial Real Estate Portfolio as well as the corporate Investments department at FM. Uses discretion with regards to confidential matters.

Schedule and Location:
This is an hourly/non-exempt office-based position based on a 37.5-hour work week in Waltham, MA. Flexible start and stop times with a start time of any time between 7:30-9 AM.


• Support:

o Handles a broad variety of administrative tasks under general supervision (expense reports, invoices, coordinating travel plans, purchasing supplies, files and records)
o May assist with planning events and/or meetings and other projects as assigned
o Uses a suite of office applications to prepare moderately complex reports, presentations, agenda, minutes, etc.


• Communications:

o Greets visitors and responds to phone and email inquiries
o Uses knowledge of company policy and procedures to compose correspondence

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (a combination of skills and professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)

Required Work Experience:

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment

Highly Preferred Work Experience:

• Professional work experience in a mid-to-large size Commercial Real Estate company and/or Investments industry

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

• Good keyboard skills; including typing speed and accuracy

• Refined telephone skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information and material

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Yardi, CoPilot

The hiring range for this position is $26.01 - $37.39 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
