Connexus Hub is seeking a highly experienced Administrative Management Specialist to provide essential support to the command leadership. This position plays a critical role in managing and coordinating a variety of administrative programs and events across 18 training locations. This is a Key Personnel position requiring exceptional professionalism, independence, and executive-level administrative expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the CENSECFOR Command Triad through executive-level administrative services.
- Draft and review official correspondence, directives, reports, and forms for accuracy, formatting, and compliance.
- Make complex travel arrangements and process travel orders and vouchers in accordance with regulations.
- Plan and support CENSECFOR-hosted conferences, events, and briefings; assist with logistics, billeting, protocols, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain calendars for the Commanding Officer, Executive Director, and the HQ conference rooms, including Audio Bridge scheduling.
- Prepare and manage documents using a full suite of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and publishing software.
- Provide expert formatting and layout support for high-visibility publications such as newsletters, brochures, and technical briefings.
- Review regulations and directives for compliance, clarity, and duplication/conflict resolution.
- Oversee and process Command's Incentive Award Program documentation and certificates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3+ years of experience in a Navy administrative environment
OR
A minimum of 12 years of experience in a Navy or Marine Corps administrative environment. - 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience within a Navy or Marine Corps environment.
- Demonstrated experience in executive administration, event planning, itinerary development, and a thorough understanding of Navy protocol and military courtesies.
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) in administrative, presentation, protocol, and operational support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps command structures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in formatting, layout, and document production.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional communication with subordinate commands, detachments, and field activities.
- Prior involvement in drafting or reviewing policy directives or military instructions.
- Familiarity with DOD travel regulations and administrative processing tools.
