About This Role: In this role, you will be challenged to master front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include learning the various databases, data entry, scheduling clients, answering the
multi-line phone system, filing, stocking flyers/brochures in the lobbies, assisting staff with
copying/scanning documents, etc.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Preferences: The successful candidate will have experience with Prince William County and/or Virginia criminal justice systems.
Virginia Criminal Information Network (VCIN) or National Criminal Information Center (NCIC)certified
Experience working as an administrative support role as a receptionist in a front office environment
Special Requirements: None.
Work Schedule: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week. Monday through Friday typically between 8 am and 5 pm
Starting Salary Range:
$17.99 - $28.11 Hourly
