LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant, to work in the office, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Managing files

• Scanning documents

• Answering phones

• Making copies and putting together binders

• Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent administrative support experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Organized and diligent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience.
