Administrative Assistant
Adecco is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position in Valparaiso, IN. Responsibilities:
  • Organize and support trade shows for our Territory Managers
  • Create and maintain dealer development processes
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors
  • Assist with accounting and invoicing operations (PUS/PCA)
  • Email monthly statements and follow up with customers and team members
  • Support daily spare parts operations as needed
  • Assist dealers with Partner Portal access and troubleshooting
  • Work with marketing partners on digital, print, and social media plans
  • Support General Manager with HR tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous office/clerical experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Agricultural background preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Familiarity with safe working practices

Pay Details: $20.00 per week
