Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant performs general office work for the Valparaiso office to support our sales and service teams in U.S. and Canada. The focus for this position is marketing support, dealer development to grow our sales network in North America,accounting and invoicing operations for PUS/PCA from a clerical and administrative standpoint, as well as open and sort mail, email monthly statements to dealers and follow up with customers and team members as needed.

This person will be responsible for answering incoming calls and visitors to the Valparaiso location and follow up with customers and team members as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Organize and support trade shows for our territory managers
  • Create and maintain dealer development processes to support the growth of our sales network
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate people
  • Support daily spare parts operations as needed
  • Assist dealers with Poettinger Partner Portal access and troubleshooting
  • Work with our marketing partners to create digital, print and social media marketing plans
  • Support General Manager with human resource tasks as needed
  • Maintain a strong ethical mindset with regard to confidentiality and discretion
  • Possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communicative skills
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous office and clerical experience;
  • A strong ag background is preferred;
  • Valid Driver's license;
  • Good understanding of, and commitment to, safe working practices;
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs;
Pay Details: $20.00 per week
