Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Universal City, CA Duration: 8 MonthsRequirements - Experience supporting an executive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment and working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and provide input as needed.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support including but not limited to scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses, and invoice processing
- Organize and track AV and print materials
- Prepare materials for meetings, write transcripts, and distribute meeting notes
- Correspond with the dub room to obtain and distribute materials to the team and outside agencies.
