Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Requirements
  • Experience supporting an executive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment and working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and provide input as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses, and invoice processing
  • Organize and track AV and print materials
  • Prepare materials for meetings, write transcripts, and distribute meeting notes
  • Correspond with the dub room to obtain and distribute materials to the team and outside agencies.
