As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide a high-level of confidential administrative and clerical support to the General Manager and other pharmacy leadership as directed. You will perform a variety of administrative duties and skilled tasks that may include preparing reports, conducting research and collecting data.
Location: 962 South Dorset Road, Troy, Ohio 45373
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
Salary Range: $19-$20.50/hr depending on experience
Travel Requirement: May make local deliveries/pickups as needed, drivers license required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support including anticipating needs, for the General Manager and other pharmacy leadership.
- Prepares agendas, schedules and materials for meetings, conferences and other events.
- Arranges and coordinates meetings and appointments, including travel as requested.
- Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence and documents; prepares summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence as requested.
- May conduct research (within skills and expertise) to assist with projects or inquiries.
- Completes projects in a timely manner, providing updates on progress.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Assist with onboarding staff.
- Assist with Front Desk coverage/duties.
- When appropriate, assist with and maintain records relating to specific regulatory compliance requirements such as routine validation of professional licensing/certification of staff or monitoring progress of pharmacy technician trainees throughout the duration of their training program.
- Assist with management of off-site record storage.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have strong computer knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of three (3) years working in an administrative role in a professional work environment, healthcare experience preferred.
- Understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping, filing and office equipment.
- May make local deliveries/pickups as needed. Must have valid driver's license
