Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients 5x/week onsite in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Facilities Compliance team responsible for a new facility being built in the coming year. This individual will be responsible for scanning, labeling and sorting through various P&IDs, blueprints and other designs to streamline the workflow of the team. Once this project wraps, the candidate will begin assisting in moving files from a third-party site to internal company records for engineers to reference down the line. This position will be very independent so the team is looking for someone with a goal oriented mindset and who will be able to jump right in.
