Alfred Ruiz, a Private Wealth Advisor with Ameriprise Financial is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join his well-established team. We're passionate about helping clients feel confident about their financial future through personalized planning and investment advice.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, in person, by email and over the phone as first point of contact
  • Answer incoming phone calls, greet clients, and handle client service requests
  • Manage the team calendar and coordinate client scheduling
  • Prepare advisor for client meetings and handle follow-up tasks
  • Perform administrative duties, scan documents, electronic filing, handle mail
  • Process online forms, assist with new business on-boarding, and ensure smooth office operations
  • Build strong client relationships and provide personalized client experience
  • Compliance training as requested from Ameriprise home office, and ability to follow rules and regulations
  • Effective communication with clients, advisor/staff, and Ameriprise home office
  • Provide administrative support to the team to meet deadlines and goals
What You'll Need:
  • Associates degree in relevant industry preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in office administration, client service, or related industry required
  • Knowledge of financial industry preferred or willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and efficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required. MS Teams and CRM Salesforce a plus
  • Notary Public, Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
