Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a full-service financial services company specializing in financial and retirement income planning for individuals and businesses. This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily operations by handling administrative and process-oriented tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high levels of organization and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks to support business operations, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Manage legal paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets to organize and track data.
  • Maintain records and documentation with keen attention to detail.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Support office processes and improve efficiency through task management and organization.
Requirements:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong background in handling detailed, process-oriented tasks.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
