Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Tempe, AZ


Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid - Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay rate: $24-$26/hr


Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of administrative functions to support departmental operations.
  • Schedules appointments, manages calendars, and provides information to callers.
  • Takes dictation, composes memos, and transcribes notes accurately.
  • Researches topics and creates professional presentations as needed.
  • Generates reports and manages multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness
  • Assists in compiling and developing the annual budget
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Handles a variety of complex tasks independently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience required; Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred. A strong combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
  • Demonstrates a relentless focus on delivering value and solving problems for internal and external customers.
  • Must have excellent PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; ability to work efficiently with multiple screens and tabs (approx. 15) simultaneously.
  • Able to interpret and analyze data quickly to make informed decisions; thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments solving operational "riddles."
