Requirements: - Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year of experience working with students
- Must live in the Tampa Bay area
- Cheerful and friendly individual with professional boundaries and standards
- Ability to multitask in a very busy environment
- An ideal candidate would be currently in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- Ability to work during the school year and summer months
Schedule:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 3:00-9:00 pm
- Weekend availability not required but may be needed at times
Responsibilities: - Engage with students to ensure their time at Huntington is memorable and enjoyable
- Memorizing names of all students attending sessions
- Assist with answering incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to applicable personnel
- Monitor and proctor assessments to students
- Provide potential families information regarding Huntington Learning Center services across the academic continuum
- Handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as entering data, filing, maintaining office equipment, and preparing student records
- Must provide professional references before starting position
