Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Sumter, SC
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 8:00-AM - 4:00-PM; Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $15.00 USD hourly on W2.
Education requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Associate's degree: business administration, office management, or a related field, preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Job Summary:
Reporting directly to a designated Business Unit Manager, this position is responsible for performing a variety of highly confidential payroll and administrative and support duties for all business unit Production Supervisors. In addition to typing, filing, scheduling, and providing overall customer service, this position performs various clerical duties associated with the administration of the eTime keeping system and C2C administrator activities.
Essential Functions:
1. Accurately input hourly and SNE payroll related items such as time exceptions into eTime on a weekly basis and conducting payroll time approval activities for processing payroll in accordance with established payroll schedules and deadlines.
2. Conducting associates schedule changes in eTime as directed by Production Supervisors.
3. Responsible for generating quarterly attendance points and investigates point discrepancies within the eTime Attendance System and making the necessary corrections. Must notify supervisors when disciplinary warning levels are reached.
4. Responsible for scheduling interviews and debriefing for internal and external candidates; may include communication with candidates and performing calendar management of interview team.
5. Manages the recruitment of contingent workers to support business needs. Works directly with contingent staffing agency to request and coordinate interviews of contingent workers as required and administers the following duties in pertaining to contingent workers;
a. Ensuring that the mentoring checklist is completed and submitted to EHS and T department
b. CW C2C passwords are obtained and is valid
c. Instructing the CW basic navigation in the C2C system
6. Perform all related duties associated with Compliance to Capability (C2C) System such as making date adjustments; running required C2C reports to ensure that C2C requirements are compliant; managing all ancillary training (i.e., star training, On the job training) sign-offs in C2C and managing all DLA curriculum additions or changes.
7. Responsible for ordering office supplies and daily mail distribution.
8. Acts independently to determine methods to accomplish results and complete assigned work in creative and effective ways.
