Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - IMMEDIATE NEED.
Location: Near Stow, Ohio
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: up to $20/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Introduction Our client is seeking a dynamic and personable Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team immediately. This temp to hire role is perfect for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our client's company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage and organize the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation and Work Hours - Pay: up to $20/hr
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
