Administrative Assistant Job Location: Stockton, California Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Description of Position: Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic company? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage daily office operations and provide essential support to various departments. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage and maintain office supplies, files, and records Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized office environment Description of Company: The Central Valley is home to the team of licensed electrical contractors. Our client is locally owned and operating out of Stockton, CA and serving the entire Northern Central Valley.
