Education and Experience:
Has 1-year Children's Lighthouse experience.
Maintains the state training requirements.
Ability to communicate with and motivate others.
Consistently follows through with all assignments.
Excellent role model to other teachers.
Is proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
Prefer experience in ProCare.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows and completes the required CLFC Procare Weekly Checklist.
Completes additional daily operational duties as assigned.
General Areas
Fills in classrooms, kitchen, and conducts bus runs if needed to maintain coverage.
Ensures efficient management of telephone calls and is able to turn 80% of inquiry calls into tours.
Maintains children's files and maintains at least a 90% completion rate at all times.
Assists and/or creates school event calendars, newsletters, memos, and social media posts as assigned.
Participates in activities of professional and personal growth to maximize opportunity for succession within management.
