We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service and Installation Coordinator to manage and support the scheduling, coordination, and follow-up of service and installation activities. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls and installation projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and installation inquiries.
  • Assign tasks to field technicians and ensure they are equipped with the necessary materials and information.
  • Track the status of ongoing jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, job progress, and installation documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, warehouse, and technical teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Handle service and installation-related complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage inventory required for service and installation work.
  • Prepare and review reports related to service and installation activities, performance metrics, and technician productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a service or installation environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with service management systems or CRM tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Technical background or understanding of the products/services being installed.
  • Experience in logistics or field service support.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
