Administrative Assistant

We are a mid-sized CPA firm looking for some extra assistance during tax season (late Jan to the end of April). We need a well-organized individual to assist our associates and maintain positive communication with our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment - this is the job for you.

This is a full-time, temporary role and pays up to $20/hr.

Working an additional half-day on Saturdays is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Scanning and saving paperwork
  • Sorting incoming mail from clients
  • Preparing outgoing letters and putting tax returns in the mail
  • Following procedures to create packets for clients concerning the tax returns
Requirements
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills
  • A knack for organization and attentive to detail
  • Previous experience in administrative assistant role preferred
This job is located at our office in North Bethesda, MD

Flexible work schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, and 9 am - 6 pm
