Objectives: The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the operations of a financial advisor by delivering high-quality administrative and client service support. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately prepare, process, and track client paperwork and transactions-including distributions-while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. A problem-solver by nature, the Administrative Assistant must be adept at researching and resolving account-related issues efficiently. Education/Experience
High school Diploma required
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience
Series 65 preferred
Financial Services Industry experience preferred
Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Adobe skills required
Successful completion of industry standard background screening required
