Administrative Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our client's team. This role involves compiling and analyzing data for various customer-related activities, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and managing recurring reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a logical thought process, and the ability to manage long-term projects efficiently.
Responsibilities - Gather and compile data for customer business reviews, rebates, price adjustments, and catalogs.
- Analyze this data to provide insightful recommendations for ad hoc reports and audits.
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted and properly filed.
- Complete system setup and project management software tasks, process price file audits for price parity and contract compliance, coordinate location validation, and attend all necessary internal onboarding meetings.
- Handle all assigned recurring reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Think through roadblocks as they arise and provide useful and insightful solutions based on data analysis.
- Execute requests submitted through the shared inbox and respond promptly to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations.
- Manage low-profile corporate customers by working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments and rebates.
- Conduct thorough analysis for price file uploads to prevent the loading of low-profit pricing.
- Assist in researching, verifying, and releasing order holds for low profit and price discrepancy flags when needed
Qualifications - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid analytical skills and a logical thought process
- Proactive nature with a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage long-term projects effectively
Job Details: - 100% onsite
- Pay is $20- $25 an hour, depending on experience
