LHH is seeking administrative assistants in the Santa Monica, CA area of Los Angeles. Pay is dependent on experience and between $23-$28 an hour.
ASAP start
Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
