Hype Tier is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and organizing company documents
  • Support internal teams by coordinating logistics and communicating effectively across departments
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and professional office environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
