Job Summary

The job of Administrative Assistant is for the purpose of providing complex and confidential secretarial and administrative support to assigned administrator; planning, organizing, and coordinating assigned administrator activities; conveying information regarding District functions and procedures; ensuring efficient operation of support functions; and coordinating assigned projects and site activities.

This job reports to the Assistant Superintendent (as assigned) or designee.
