Essential duties:
- Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with staff and suppliers
- Scheduling: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Organization: Managing files, calendars, and office systems
- Bookkeeping: Handling bookkeeping tasks, especially in smaller offices-
- Preparing materials: Preparing presentations, letters, and reports
- Ordering supplies: Ordering office supplies and supplies for events
- Managing travel: Arranging travel and accommodations
- Updating records: Updating computer records and databases
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience
- Ideal candidates have worked in a software company or an SAAS organization
- Microsoft Office Suite (excel, power point, word, etc.)
Education:
- Associates degree
Compensation:
$55,000-$75,000 per year
