Are you an organized administrative professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for marketing? TECHNE, a leading architecture firm in San Diego, is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Marketing position to support our dynamic team.
Your Role:
In this position, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Basic accounting; assisting in data entry, answering simple invoice questions from clients and drafting invoices using simple math formula
- Supporting the team as needed
- Coordinating and making Team Events a little bit "extra special" for everyone
- Organizing the office and maintaining records
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the Principal
- Managing the Principal's calendar
- Running errands to support the team
Who We're Looking For
We seek someone with:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech Savvy
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- A passion for marketing and communication
- A reliable car and active driver's license
And someone who is:
- an ideal candidate seeking a stable, long term position as an admin
