About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our legal client in downtown St Louis. This role supports day-to-day operations and administrative functions within a fast-paced professional services environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, and a solid foundation in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to departments and executives as needed
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files and records
- Support data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as necessary
- Assist with event planning and internal communications
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a professional services industry (eg, legal, consulting, finance, architecture, etc.)
