Responsibilities for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
  • Answering incoming phone calls, greeting customers, and directing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Performing general clerical tasks such as copying, filing, invoicing, and managing documents using Microsoft Office tools
  • Organizing and assisting in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly safety meetings
  • Maintaining records, managing case files, and providing timely support across various departments
Candidates for Seasonal Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Details: $21.87 per hour
