Job Title: Administrative Assistant(Part-time)
Location: Sacramento, CA, 95817
Duration: Contract 6 Months with possible extension
Job Mode: On-Site
Pay rate: $27/hour on w2 without benefits
Job Description: - Review, package and scan preventative maintenance records for operations equipment.
- Maintain inventory and rental logs for organization and FSE Department.
- Perform duties relating to dispatching, monitoring queues and inboxes and responding to support calls
- Coordinate with outside vendors to issue service requests and work orders.
- Review and support invoice allocation to correct order numbers, coordinates with operations supervisors to ensure billing is correct.
- Create and distribute notes from own composition from discussions and meetings.
- Maintain and update electronic records and reports, review and validate internal database records.
- Provide written weekly updates to Supervisor on contractor's efforts and potential roadblocks or concerns.
