Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls and assess the urgency of job requests
- Assist with daily office tasks and organization
- Gather job information and prepare reports and paperwork
- Create and maintain both physical and digital job folders
- Collect and organize receipts from crew leaders
- Compile invoices weekly and send them to the main office with accurate information
- Submit reports and receipts to the main office weekly or monthly as needed
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for report creation, data entry, and general documentation
Qualifications: - Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle time-sensitive information
- Previous experience in administrative or office support preferred
