Description

We're currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. If you or someone you know fits the description, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assess the urgency of job requests
  • Assist with daily office tasks and organization
  • Gather job information and prepare reports and paperwork
  • Create and maintain both physical and digital job folders
  • Collect and organize receipts from crew leaders
  • Compile invoices weekly and send them to the main office with accurate information
  • Submit reports and receipts to the main office weekly or monthly as needed
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for report creation, data entry, and general documentation
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle time-sensitive information
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support preferred
