QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent training
- Minimum experience as determined by the board
- Good word processing skills
- Knowledge of automated office equipment and efficient office procedures
- Good telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status
- Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment.
REPORTS TO: Designated Supervisor
JOB GOAL: To carry out all secretarial and clerical duties necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Proficient in technology and strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact positively with parents, students and staff.
