Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant III for a hybrid contract opportunity in Raleigh, NC.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have at least 4 years of recent experience supporting leadership staff in an administrative capacity. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have experience managing calendars, corporate travel for frequent travelers, submitting travel and expense reports, and coordinating large executive meetings including meals. Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness. Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interfaces with and supports Connected Care Group leadership with administrative tasks. Represents the company to external customers and vendors, maintaining high confidentiality. Manages heavy calendars, travel, and expense reporting. Coordinates with other administrative staff to prepare for internal meetings and events. Provides backup support to the Raleigh site Office Manager and covers the front desk. Supports special projects and additional duties as assigned. Performs standard office support functions including routing calls, handling mail, filing, and supply management.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience being available and flexible with travel changes. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work independently. Previous experience in a hybrid or partially remote team environment preferred. Experience in a corporate, highly matrixed environment a plus.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED; Associate degree or professional certification preferred.

WORK HOURS:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
