We are seeking a
Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Bayside, Queens. This role will support daily administrative functions and ensure smooth communication between residents and management. If you're detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are proficient in office software, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Bayside, Queens
Rate: $19/hr
Duration: 1-2 months
Schedule:- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Starting next week: Summer hours on Fridays (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Fully onsite
Key Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries as needed
- Communicating work orders to the superintendent
- Assisting with resident walk-ins and addressing inquiries
- Taking notes during meetings with the property manager
- Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic computer functions
Qualifications:- Strong phone and communication skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office and general computer proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
